Tiger-Rock Martial Arts features four taekwondo programs for different age groups — the early childhood Tiger Cubs program, the Junior program for older kids, the Teens program for adolescents and teenagers, and the Adults program for students 16 years of age and over! Each program is designed to build on the cognitive and physical abilities of each age group.

Xtreme Martial Arts
The X-Pro Advanced Martial Arts Program is designed to complement your traditional taekwondo training. Martial Arts Athletes learn advanced techniques in agility martial arts and weapons. If you are willing to except this challenge then ask your instructors how to get started.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Some Tiger-Rock Martial Arts instructors are skilled jiu-jitsu practitioners. Despite Brazilian jiu-jitsu being fundamentally different than taekwondo, both martial arts disciplines offer many common benefits, such as improved physical health and strong character building.
The practitioner aims to control his or her opponent through various grappling positions that will lead to submission.
