Frank Alvarez, General Manager and founder of Republic of Texas Concrete & Coatings, was born and raised in Corpus Christi and has extensive experience managing complex projects across residential and commercial environments. After launching the concrete and coatings division, he expanded operations to include foundation repair to allow clients and property managers to address structural, surface, and protective needs through one trusted partner.
