BBQ teams will be competing for the top prize in this IBCA sanctioned event, but they need YOU to be the judge! Sign up here to be a BBQ Tasting Judge.
Turn-in times for judging are:
12:00 noon - Chicken
1:30 p.m. - Pork Ribs
3:00 p.m. - Brisket
Please indicate which category you would like to judge by selecting an option from the drop-down menu on the registration page. Judges must be at least 16 years old. BBQ team members, but not head cooks, may also sign up as a tasting judge.
