1.Transportation:
All attendees are required to ride the Shuttle (provided by Moda) to and from the Luncheon. Individual cars are not allowed on Moda premises.
Please meet at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church.

We ask that you car pool, with your company, if possible.
-The first shuttle will leave at 11:15am
-The second shuttle will leave at 11:30am

2. Dress Code-Business Attire
Please note, this event is being held on a worksite. As a caution, please do not wear open-toe shoes.
Please bring 1 form of identification.
