Event Description:
Windfest Food Vendors

All booths will receive four (4) 3-Day Vendor Passes to enter the Windfest grounds and two (2) 3-Day Vendor Parking Passes.
All additional entries MUST pay regular gate fees.
Parking Passes are ONLY valid in Vendor Parking designated areas.
This will be strictly enforced.

All food vendors are required to complete a Temporary Food Facility Health Application issued by the San Patricio County Environmental Health Services Department and submit your permit.

Food Vendor Hours are:
Friday, March 31, 2023    5 PM - 11PM
Saturday, April 1, 2023    11 AM - 11PM
Sunday, April 2, 2022      12 Noon - 6 PM**
 
All Vendors must stay open all days of festival during times of vendor hours. **Vendors will not be allowed to drive on festival grounds at close of festival until all guests have left the festival grounds for safety.  Do not attempt to drive on festival grounds until a Windfest representative opens gates and gives the clearance to do so


Booth information- 10x10, 2 half walls, roof.
Vendor to provide: tables, chairs, etc.
 
ONLY 110 Amps allowed per booth.
 
*All Electrical equipment must be listed on the application (i.e. refrigerator, blenders, etc?). The Portland Windfest Committee will try to accommodate your electrical needs; however, there are limited resources.

Deep Fryers allowed.

**Each booth is required to have a current 2A:10B:C Fire Extinguisher and this will be checked by the Portland Fire Dept. before opening.
Fees/Admission:
Food Truck (Must be self-contained) - $400.00

**Non-Food Truck - Outside Food Vendor - $275.00
10x10 Booth Space - (If you go further than 2ft.
behind your booth, you MUST purchase additional space.)

**Vendor is to provide: tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc.

Electricity (You must provide your own extension cords. - $100.00

Cleaning Fee/Deposit (Refundable) - $100.00

Late Fee (Charged after March 15, 2023) - $50

NO refunds or rainchecks will be issued on processed registration.
