CATEGORIES & Non-Refundable ENTRY:
□ CHILI $ 75.00 Judging @ 10:00am
□ CHICKEN $ 75.00 Judging @ 12:00pm
□ RIBS $ 75.00 Judging @ 1:30pm
□ BRISKET $ 75.00 Judging @ 3:00pm
□ ALL FOUR Categories $ 275.00
Winners announced at 5:30 p.m. on the Main Stage
SETUP: Tents & Trailers may be pulled onto the Windfest Grounds on Friday, April 9 between the hours of 10am-4pm. For safety purposes, all vehicles must be removed from the premises by 4pm on Friday, April 9. On Saturday, April 10 set up begins at 6am and all vehicles must be out of the festival gates by 10am. All meats will be checked by promoter upon entrance to the festival grounds. Cook's Meeting will be at 6:00pm on Friday. All tents, trailers, etc. must be removed from the Windfest grounds AFTER grounds close on Saturday and /or BEFORE 9:00am on Sunday. Each preregistered team will receive up to four (4) one-day passes into the festival grounds for the cook-off and two (2) Vendor Parking Passes. Parking Passes are ONLY valid in Vendor Parking designated areas. This will be strictly enforced. No glass containers are allowed on Festival Grounds. No Alcohol is allowed to be brought into Windfest grounds. AWARDS: First Place in each meat category will receive a $225 cash prize and trophy, Second Place in each meat category will receive $125 and a trophy, Third Place Award Winner will receive $75 and a trophy, and Best in Showmanship receives a trophy.
